Cancellations & refunds

The difference between cancellation, wallet credits and bank withdrawal requests.

Preview before cancelling

Open the service cancellation action to review eligibility and the estimated refund. The result depends on the service, account, remaining time and applicable policy. Do not assume all customers receive the same percentage.

Refund calculation

V3 cancellation quotes calculate the unused time portion of the service amount actually paid, then apply the relevant refund rate. VAT, licences and add-ons are excluded from the current early-cancellation refund base. The specific amount appears in each service confirmation.

Resource reclamation

Submitting a cancellation request does not mean it is complete. Funds are credited to the wallet after successful resource reclamation is confirmed. If a request is incomplete, monitor its status and contact support with the reference ID; an error notification is not confirmation of a refund.

Cancelling multiple services

Each service is processed independently. The summary shows eligible services and estimated refunds. Check each result afterwards; failure for one service does not mean every other service failed.

Wallet versus bank refunds

A refund to the internal wallet differs from a bank withdrawal. Contact support to verify the source of funds, eligibility, fees and processing time for withdrawal requests. The 7- or 30-day periods on the V2 website do not automatically apply to V3.

Back up before confirming

Permanent cancellation can remove the server, configuration and related data and cannot be undone through the interface. Back up what you need and verify the service ID before confirming. If you only need a temporary pause, review the service power-off or suspend options.
