Privacy policy
How Vietserver uses your information and how to make a request about your personal data.
About this policy
Công ty TNHH Công nghệ dịch vụ Vietserver receives and processes information when you visit the website, create an account, purchase services or contact support. This policy explains how that information is used. Data you store on a server is covered separately under Data within your services.
Information recorded
Depending on how you use the services, this may include your name, email, phone number, invoice details, orders, payment history and support messages. Where account verification is needed, Vietserver may request information relevant to that step. Technical records such as IP addresses, sign-in times and action results help operate and protect the services.
How information is used
Vietserver uses information to manage accounts, process orders, reconcile payments, provision services and respond to support requests. It also helps deliver service notices, detect unusual access and investigate incidents. Please provide only the information needed for the transaction or request you are making.
Cookies and device storage
The website uses cookies to keep you signed in and stores preferences such as language and appearance on your device. You can clear or block them in your browser, although you may need to sign in again or lose access to some features. When enabled, Google reCAPTCHA on registration or password recovery helps prevent automated abuse and processes data under Google's policies.
Sharing information
Delivering services may involve infrastructure, payment, email and technical support providers. Relevant information is used as needed to carry out your transaction or request. Vietserver may also provide information in response to a lawful request from a competent authority. When you visit a third-party website or service, please review that provider's own policy.
Storage locations and retention
Data is processed on Vietserver systems and those involved in delivering services. Locations may be in Vietnam or abroad depending on the service, infrastructure region and provider. Retention depends on the data type, service duration and obligations relating to transactions, accounting or disputes. Closing an account does not immediately erase all records and logs. Contact support if you need details about the retention of a particular type of data.
Protecting your account and information
The website uses HTTPS and authentication to protect account access. Use a unique password, enable two-factor authentication and review your sign-in details if you notice unusual activity. Do not share passwords, OTPs, recovery codes or API keys through public channels. If you suspect unauthorized access or a data exposure, change your credentials and contact Vietserver for help investigating.
Your personal data rights
You can review and update details in account settings, or request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to the processing of your personal data under applicable law. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent. Some requests may affect our ability to continue providing services; records subject to a legal retention requirement may not be deleted yet. You may also lodge a complaint or ask a competent authority to protect your rights.
Data within your services
Files, applications and data stored on your server are separate from account, order and payment records. You manage access, content and your own backups. If support needs to access data, agree the scope of work with Vietserver first. Backup, retention and removal depend on your service plan and relevant agreement. Your running server should not be your only copy of important data.
Making a request and policy updates
Use Support in your account or the official contact channels below. Describe the data and action requested without including login secrets. Vietserver will verify account ownership before providing or changing information. Policy changes are published on this page; contact us if you need clarification about your account or services.
