Can I expand resources after provisioning?

Some services, especially Cloud Server, support resource expansion when demand grows. Availability depends on plan and category; details appear on the service page after sign-in.

Does Cloud Server include backups?

Check your plan or ask support whether backups are included. Keep a separate copy of important data, especially before reinstalling the operating system, making major changes or cancelling your service.

Does renewal keep the original purchase price?

The renewal price may differ from what you first paid. Your quote uses current prices, your configuration and any discounts you qualify for. A coupon used for the original order does not carry over automatically, so check the total before confirming.

How do VAT, Windows licensing and invoices work?

Applicable tax and licensing charges appear in the quote before payment. Conditions can vary by plan and account. If you need an invoice, contact support with the order ID and billing details for instructions.
